Our cosmetic treatments include:
Cosmetic bonding of your teeth involves small amounts of tooth coloured material added to the surface of your tooth. This simple procedure allows us to repair minor chips in teeth or uneven edges. We can also use this technique to change the shape of teeth, close small spaces and to help camouflage twisted or misshapen teeth without more invasive procedures.
Tooth whitening is a an effective way of lightening the natural colour of your teeth without removing any of the tooth surfaces. It cannot make a complete colour change to pearly whites, but it can lighten the existing shade.
What is a bridge?
Bridges are and alternative to dentures and patients who only have a few teeth missing. Bridges are usually made by putting a crown on the teeth on either side of the gap and attaching a false tooth in the middle. These bridges are made up of a false tooth with metal ‘wings’ on either side. These wings are made to bond to the teeth on either side. Instead, the teeth are roughened and the bridge is fitted using a very strong composite resin.
